Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us within 24 hours to allow us to offer this appointment to another patient.

New Patients

New patients are welcome, both private and medical card holders. When you come in please ask for a registration form.

Once you are registered you have access to Lukedoc, our excellent out-of-hours service.

Registration is free.

When you register, we will ask you to sign a letter to release your medical records from your previous GP, which we will then arrange to be transferred.

Completed forms should be brought to reception to be signed by our doctors.
